I went to a vinyl store today. All vinyl, huge stacks. They boast ~3,000,000 LP's. And boy alive did they have Prince stuff. I went there looking for Batman, but all they had were a bunch of 12" singles of Batdance. They also had Controversy, 1999, Sign O' The Times, Dirty Mind and a lot of 12" singles. They also claimed to have the Black Album, I didn't see it. Anyway I ended up getting Around The World In A Day. I only listened to the Ladder so far, but I'll listen to the rest tonite

PS: I did manage to get the Black Album by "other means" but haven't listened to it yet either.

Around the world was my favourite album for many years. When he started one of the aftershows in London this summer with the title track, I nearly came.

I heard the opening riff of temptation and just stopped the record because it was so awesome I wanted to listen the album as whole as Prince probably intended instead of just one song.
