Tough call, because they definitely sound like each other, but don't really have the same melody. They're almost more rhythmically similar than melodically.
But the chorus may be to similar to deny. As a musician I don't think you have to steal in order to come up with similar stuff, though. Especially when these songs are pretty conventional. It's a formula Prince has done a million times, in Head for example. My Legacy
