Sourced from DJ Detroit Butcher's private tape collection, each Friday night Emancipation Radio will be presenting Vintage Detroit Radio broadcasts from The Electrifying Mojo and his competition "The Wizard". Each program has been remastered and tweaked as much as possible for the best sound quality you can get from 20+ year old tapes... Everything you remember is here, and more! It was an awesome night!! So many wonderful memories were brought back just by hearing Mojo's magnificent voice and mixes!! It was truly a treat for me!
Tuning in and chatting with everybody made for one off the hook party. I thank Smokeverbs and Emancipation Radio from the bottom of my heart for giving me back my Mojo! I'll be spreading the word and definitely tuning in next week!  | |

Alright folks, The response to last Friday's premiere episode of Alien Transmissions was unexpected - what a party! We expect an even larger audience this Friday - and if you weren't there last weekend, we KNOW you wanna know what you missed, so we're going to present an encore of the premiere episode, and call last weekend a Test, and we couldn't be happier with the results! Once again it's on...
Tonight at 10 pm (EST, earlier or later if you don't live on the east coast-midwest...) don't miss what you might have missed back THEN! Mojo's "competitor" THE WIZARD! Sometimes he'd on for 20 minutes, sometimes an hour, but tonight we got him for THREE HOURS, get ready to lose a hundred pounds dancing tonight! If you're among those who never heard The Wizard cuz you didn't dare change the station while Mojo was on, this is your chance! And The Classic Mojo Tapes continue next week, alternating each week with The Wizard. This is my gift to all my Detroit Peoples - it's dance music for GROWN FOLK, right? AND.... After The Wizard, stick around for 3 more hours of Classics mixed by, uh... ME.
