You can get some free ones in here  http://www.mrtones.com/ if you can compose your own ringtones in your mobile.
Just choose a mobile phone brand and type "Prince" in the searchbar. I just composed "When Doves Cry" and Sign  the Times to my phone..  -----------------------------
