I loved the black & white. I hated the acting even though it was bearable.

I hated that it was set in a depressing stuffy looking place like Paris. New York would have looked much more live, hell even Minneapolis. Hi Vainandy, ever been out of your country? 1) Paris is an awesome city (not in the winter though), if I was reincarnated, I must have been born there long time ago. This city just breaths culture, renaissance and life. 2) The movie starts with a helicopter flight over the North part of the cote d'azur, you see the steps from the parc in Nice, next to the children's playparc and you see, mixed with other places, lots of parts of Nice. So what are you talking about?

LOVE :
* The fashion * The humour - so many classic one liners. * The music. Duh. * Black and White - added a special something to it. * "We'll be landin' on the moon in 3 minutes" - he sounds so wasted when he says that * Jerome - almost outshines Prince. He's just plain cute. HATE : * The Sharon Family - I wanna smack them all, especially the dad. And how Mary was supposed to be some sort of "good girl" yet she flashed everyone in her first scene. Inconsistency much? What did that scene have to do with anything anyway? * How Chris treats Ms Wellington or whoever. And how she lets him. * How Chris basically asked for it by deliberately angering the dad numorous times, making it hard @ home for Mary and worse for those two to be together. It's like he just HAS to do something if he wants to, despite her telling him it was dangerous. * The ending. Talk about not knowing what to do so just saying "Ok lets shoot him and get it over with!" * How Chris acted like Mary was his even though it was obvious she preferred Tricky @ the start and basically almost ruined his friendship with Trick. I hated that it was set in a depressing stuffy looking place like Paris. New York would have looked much more live, hell even Minneapolis. UTCM was shot in and around Nice. The studio used: Studios de la Victorine - 16 avenue Edoard Grinda, Nice, Alpes-Maritimes, France. Personally I think the surroundings are perfect. So is Paris, but that's a whole different story. Feels so good it must b a crime...

my favorite scene in the movie is when.. Mary Sharon 1st sees Prince.. the camera zooms in on him and that 'look' on his face... .. very dreamy ..
worst part.. the death scene ..

I reached a frozen point, where I thought I was just gonna shut down. Strange, yet, peaceful. I've been writing in my diary about the experience....I wonder if your hearing is the last to go, what song will be on the radio, as you take your last breath...I know this sounds bizzare, and I pray I am just faint or something, however, If I am going to die, it's going to be here at home, not in a hospital. It's okay, no replies please. I'm a Christian so don't worry of my soul, and I even wrote in my diary, that I loved Prince too. Just in case. I hope I will return. Love U guys.
I am sorry, dude....I am actually appreciative of being alive this morning, I was having shallow breathing last night, and feared the real possibility of dying...and I guess I should have started a thread that said, If I don't post again on the org, it is because I have died. I'm really just having a rough physical time these days, since an injury....Anyway, please forgive me with a Cherry moon....Underneath. Dude no offense but why is that everytime I start a threAD you come on here and go off topic. I'm not starting anything just want to know. "The Lion Sleeps Tonight...

the film was miss-understood. my take is that prince was on the 1920's 30's vibe in the way of film making. the humour was also miss-understood. one of my fav parts was the "girls and boys" section. the video was funky 2.

"he sounds so wasted" I'll never look at that scene the same way again, j/k. But that's one of my favorites cuz even though the acting is so bad, it's hilarious (especially when he gets back into the car and it looks like he misses )... And the line that starts with "Christopher ain't gonna fall into that trap..." everytime. had 2 run away... pride was 2 strong. It started raining, baby, the birds were gone
