Why does Prince not do this anymore??? I mean, when he did do it, he was so ahead of his time, and now that all this shit with youtube is going down and the illegal pirating thing, you'd think he'd bring this idea back. I think it's genius, and I think I may even have to do this....It just makes good sense. Give the fans exclusive shit.... Also, were all his Web Releases just collections of vault tracks that he just threw out there...or did he actually write the albums with the Web Release in mind???

Maybe he's just trying to bring himself back to the forefront with 3121, and Planet Earth, and the O2 shit, and maybe he'll bring the web-only stuff back??? It's be cool if he took his favorite cuts from the o2 shows and put them out....

If you think about it, he has never really done a lot of net releases (except for year one of the NPGMC). The rest of the time it has been a song here and there.

You also must remember that Prince is about the money (like we all are). He may do a single here and there online, but it is only to keep us interested and bait us in for the next release or project (which I have no problem with).
