Printablewow, the harmonies on this are the best he has done in years...much better then the annoying stuff on PE. and cha know, this is proof he still has what it takes to write a great song...he just ruins it by releasing the subpar kitchen sink versions on his albums...

This acoustic version really speaks to his talent as a song writer. The first feelings I got listening to it was that it sounded like it could have gone on The Truth CD from Crystal Ball. And while I enjoyed hearing it, for me it was the gritty electronics of the CD version that I prefer.
It's funny that everyone has such different opinions here, but I still like the CD version better (and I felt exactly the opposite with Chaka Khan's version of SOTT, prefering her version to the original). Go figure: People & Their Opinions. [Edited 10/21/07 23:04pm]  | |

3:38 @ 192 kbps - Regular song length at a decent quality MP3 - Suitable for my music library (until a CD comes out with it, anyway). It's obvious that quality was a factor he considered when posting it. Would have prefered 320 kbps, but hey: it's NEW and it's FREE! | |
