PRINCE SUED FOR $1 MILLION Pop superstar PRINCE has been named in a $1 million lawsuit after allegedly failing to pay computer goods worth $12,000. Ian Lewis filed a the lawsuit at Los Angeles Superior Court on Wednesday (17Oct07), claiming the Purple Rain hitmaker breached a contract by taking "several hard drives used for video production" and not paying for them. He further claims the singer returned a loaned $25,000 computer "in a broken and un-fixable condition." Lewis is seeking $1 million damages. A spokesman for Prince was unavailable for comment. | |
