Extended version of "17 Days"  Had no idea such a thing even existed until I found an mp3 of it today. It runs for 13 minutes.
Anybody have this one and dig it? There's nothing overly relevatory about it.. it just extends the repetition of the groove for much longer... but the groove is so awesome that it feels like minutes more of beautiful funk heaven.  | |

I may get fillet by org-geeks, but I think this is one of the worst if not the worst extended version of a song -- it's BORING and goes on and on and on w/ no interesting deviations like most of his other extended versions. It's a fake but, it's been rumored that an extended version exist in Prince's vault. Damn, the extended version of '17 Days'? Now, that sounds interest but, it's in the vault. [Edited 4/10/09 10:12am] | |

Paisley park is incredible,and pop life, and the scandalous sex suite...and i always hate it when you get the cut down version of thieves in the temple...especially if it's the video perhaps i'm just weird...hell, i even love the mammoth version of America! | |
