As Far as i see it, Prince has his OWN style and that is Obvious. i don't knw why some people try to say otherwise!

No. Prince was not the first to use this language, it was very popular in the 60's amongst teens and used a lot in shorthand, my username is in the same shorthand.

Dewey, the guy that invented the Dewey decimal system, had a similar idea of shortening words and using numbers to write words. it was never accepted in his time however, from what i know.

Prince has been "borrowing" ideas from others throughout his career. I find it comical that Prince wants to sue everybody who wants to borrow or use anything of his own creations, while he himself has no problem borrowing from others.
