How to stop Bootleggers making money

If you stop them making money - maybe they'll stop bootlegging?

Why doesn't Prince just make all bootlegs available for download from NPGMC - (maybe reduce the bit rate). People wouldn't bother buying them and the market would collapse.

BOOTLEG the BOOTLEGGERS!!!
