we all know Prince has gone through a number of bands ...so my question is how is the firing or the replacement of members happens ... I wondered if they were just told or with formal paper work. do shed light

In some cases they choose to leave on their own like Rosie. Another instance was that Prince fired Wendy and Lisa before they had a chance to quit. I don't know how he goes about breaking the news though.

Somehow I seriously doubt that band members who get fired hear about it from Prince himself. I'm sure he gets his "people" 2 handle it...
