How many of the original Black Album are around? I have the one with the Lovesexy font, which was the original. Anyone know? Thanks, Wil.

The original is black with the Lovesexy fonts. It has "BLACK ALBUM" in crooked letters, NEWPOWERSOUL in the shape of an arrow and YES in the shape of a heart, all in the Lovesexy font. It also has a Paisley Park logo instead of the later release with the Warner Bros. on it. I'll get a pic of it. If anyone wants to see it, let me know and I'll email it. Thanks, Wil.

The one in that link is a bootleg.

Original copies from 1987 look very much like the
Limited Edition 1994 release.

i have the original on vinyl it came all in black
a red sticker on the front told u what songs were on it
the round labels on the actual record were blank
i bought this for 6 pounds off of someone
it has a serial number on the cover but as i am at my work just now i cant tell u it
