Exodus has some fine tracks.. Big Fun, The Return Of Bomb Squad , Hallucination Rain, The Exodus Has Begun and Good Life (Big City Remix). Also, some of the segues are great, especially Mashed Potato(e? smile Girl which cracks me up every time.

It's a pity about the excessive swearing though. It cheapens it somewhat.
Life it ain't real funky unless you got that orgPop.

I am quite a fan of this CD. the only drawback tho, is some of the segues, while interesting on the first couple of listens, are annoying after a while.

I give Exodus 5 Stars(***) out of 5.

It is so funky that it makes everyone dance at the parties that we have. Return of the Bomb Squad, The Exodus has begun. (Parliament Funadelic at its best) Cherry Cherry is so sweet. I dig all the little stories in between the songs. I have never laughed so hard. I don't care what any of you say, Exodus is one of the Funkiest Records ever made.
Period.
How you gonna get my back when you fronting.

I wish Prince had done the vocals like on NPS. The Good Life remix is the best part about it. The rest I never got into.

The idea was GREAT.

Should have laid off the many skits though.

More jam,less interlude.

This may sound strange, but I had never even noticed the absence of Prince singing. (!!!) I wish I had the CD here (in Singapore rather than Oz) so I could take another listen...

I like it. Haven't got Goldnigga, so can't vouch for that one, but Exodus is far better than NPS. Get Wild is one of the funkiest and baddest songs he's ever done, Good Life, Big Fun and The Exodus Has Begun are all cool. Bump Squad ain't bad.

Cherry Cherry and Hallucination Rain are a waste of time though.

I like the artwork on it as well

BIG FUN and THE EXODUS HAS BEGUN are the best tracks in the album. Specially BIG FUN is great! Those drums make me crazy!!!

In my opinion, the lowest tracks are Cherry, Cherry and Count The Days. They don“t fit in the overall atmosphere.
