I really get into some of the longer tracks Computer Blue & Automatic in particular because I feel like they took me really far into his mind. Well, Computer Blue more so... it's an incredible ride and they really get you deep into his head and a look at what he's really capable of. A bunch of scary thoughts, but brilliantly protrayed. Automatic is less "deep"... but really showcases his musical abilities really well... the kind of vision he was musically in this song is incredible 2 me. had 2 run away... pride was 2 strong. hmm extended song would be the 10:15 version of Purple Rain frm the London 21st Show. Amazing stuff. Piano start, orchestra synth end, perrrrfect!
Long song would be 8 minute version of Erotic City or Shh off TGE at 7 Minutes long. I got more hits than Madonna's got kids! | |

The long version of America was released on cd a few years ago. It was only available on a compilation from WB entitled "Minneapolis Funk".
