Does anyone know what March 1 means!!

Hey guys. I hope someone can answer this! An employee of PPS has a license plate of March 1...I saw this same cat at the Quest Club downtown MN and his gf had a jacket on that said, yes, March 1. Does this have any resemblence to P? Gotta figure them secrets out! Help!

yeah i know what it means- that will be the day they finally mail out ONA...Live or that will be the day Prince announces he's closing the NPGMC (only after he get's all the money for year three's renewal) & then tell's everyone -SORRY_NO REFUNDS!
