Why Was There Never A Tour With Prince And Madhouse?

I'm just wondering why a tour never came to be, since they were so great together. confused

Madhouse did open for prince back in 1987..on some shows smile

Yeah, I even have this huge poster I bought back in college promoting SOTT and If I Was Your Girlfriend and on the side had Madhouse playing some European dates from 1987.

Calling Uptown Magazine and The Vault / Prince: A Documentary ...

Damn, they opened for Prince back in 1987? I never even knew that. Shoot, it's ashame I missed it.

The funny thing about them opening up...
When they were done playing...their set
They joined prince in his band
Love Life,
Love God,
And Only Do Drugs You Need

There were some good interviews with Levi Seacer and Eric Leeds talking with BET back in the day promoting Madhouse 8 and Sign O The Times.
