I always felt that 'What have you done for me lately' sounded Princely. (He also made some references to that).

Like A prayer by Madonna (and Act of Contrition from the same cd)

The whole Family Stand CD "Moon in Scorpio".. they listened to P and then went a step further. This is a fabulous cd!

TRON	"I'd Do Anything For Your Loving" or whatever it's called by Natural Selection "Sandwiches" by Detroit Grand Pubas N.E.R.D. has several- "Run To The Sun" sounds like Dororthy Parker the end of "Bobby James" sounds like something off of Controversy or 1999 and "Things Are Getting Better" sounds like Prince but I'm not sure which song Tricky has lots of Princely songs too

"I Touch Myself"- The DeVinyls... I know he freaked when he heard this song in 1990. (Already Mentioned)

"Rocket To You" - The Jets ... Someone on here mentioned that P submitted several songs to The Jets. Hmmm... It's P or Flyte Tyme producing this one.

Notice the similar reference from "Billy Jack -itch";

"Long, Hard, Shiny, Rocket Ships will fly.."

I think Prince was a "Ghost Writer" on this song...

There was some song in '89-91' that ripped-off Lovesexy. Everything was the same (even the way the group sang the chorus).

"My Heart Belongs To You" must be "Tip O' My Tongue" isn't it? This song sounds too much like Prince (especially the guitar).. I thought I heard Camille singing background on this one. This is a hard song to find.

Eyuridice73	When I first heard D'Angelo I thought very much that it was my love, but then I learned different. And Maxwell has some songs that when I listen to them I automatically think of Prince I've read befor that Prince's old manager manages Maxwell, so maybe my love's passed some lyric's on to them. I'm just a junky for the sound.

I always thought that Prince wrote Like A Prayer. He played on Act of Contrition, part of which is sample in a Like A Prayer remix if I remember correctly (it's been a long time since I played it, and in fact I've given my Madonna CDs away). Also, the cover of Like A Prayer has two groups of initials 'MLC' and 'P'. Plus it *sounds* like a Prince track!

Wa Wa Nee's title album (especially Stimulation)
Confide In Me by Kylie Minogue

actually prince did play the guitar solo that ends the 7" version of Like a Prayer, and he plays that same solo (backwards) on Act of Contrition. I thought that was such a brilliant album, and Madonna totally praised Lovesexy too... those were the days before both went off their rockers.
