In London o2 when he came on for an encore and said London, What am I gonna do? I got too many hits!!
Also an interview he done on the BBC years ago. Nobody plays anymore. If I wanted to listen to a machine I'd put my clothes in it and get some work done at the same time cos you aint gonna get no funk. Interviewer asks at the end, about 'the name'. He said if I saw you in the street and saw a big tin of paint about to fall on you (P starts laughing and says to the others, this is his bumper sticker and how he sells his show right here) what would I shout to get your attention? P says, You don't shout anything. You dive and move me out the way of the paint, if you care about me! Only a 20 30 minute interview. I have it on video and still laugh all the way through it. | |
