The Sunday Show interview (1994)

I'm reading the transcript of this interview that was conducted by Veronica Webb of the NPG, and this is truly where the weird-eccentic-cryptic image of Prince the general public has of him. Along with the Kevin Smith DVD, name change, 2000 press conference and now him suing YouTube, it's quite apparent that the media attention and new found respect for Prince the general public had for him after last year's Super Bowl will be revert to perceptions of weirdo and lunatic. What's your favorite part of this interview?

Definately. This would've turned off a lot of people at the time. I think it was 1995 BTW, since it was promo for the Gold tour I think, which was March that year IIRC. smile

The best part about the interview is when it's over and they perform Billy Jack Bitch. razz

the best artists were weirdos and lunatics, you have to appreciate their honesty.
