Chelsea Rogers ROCKED THE HOUSE tonight!!! I Karoke DJ and at the end of the night I always make a "Dance mix" To end the night off....
Tonight I sandwiched "Chelsea Rodgers", between Rapper's Delight and Timberlake's "Rock Your Body"....EVERYONE was grooving and STAYED on the dance floor during "Chelsea" and the whole time I'm thinking..I HAVE TO TELL about this at the ORG... I felt PROUD for our friend Prince... Every week I DO try to get a few P songs in..but this one....finally broke my crowd!!!!! You all would have loved it!!! | |

Very cool... I do the same (KJ/DJ) here in Houston, TX. When I got my first mp3 of the PE cd, i jammed Chelsea Rodgers at the beginning of the night on a Tuesday. The people just started dancin' in the isles. I was like... these folks know a jam when they here it...Tonight I sandwiched "Chelsea Rodgers", between Rapper's Delight and Timberlake's "Rock Your Body"....EVERYONE was grooving and STAYED on the dance floor during "Chelsea" and the whole time I'm thinking..I HAVE TO TELL about this at the ORG... Just keep doing what you're doing, and don't tell them that it's Prince, because, as you are well aware, some will immediately find reasons for how this couldn't sound as good as they had original felt. And you don't pick up one of those cardboard beverage boxes and shake it to and from your body, you hold it in your fingers and rotate swiftly from left to right, just like Chelsea's ass on the dance floor.  | |
