Alexa De Paris' is easily his best Guitar track, any musicians agree?. i just cannot believe the sheer beauty in his playing, its intricate, delicate and has so much feel. This is the 1 track i would give to any guitar expert as it highlights his skills so much better than riff slammers like Peach, Guitar, LGC etc.
Anyone else care to agree that without doubt this is THE best guitar track he has EVER done!.

But , easily one of his best "Guitar" tracks.... I Fu#k!n Love This Song. I payed $10 just to have this one song on cd. I love Sheila's Drumming , Prince gutar playing This is one song i play air drums and guitar Its also one of my favorite Sceens in Under the Cherry Moon movie I know somewhere i have a copy of it live One of the only times it was played live

I like it also. But I think his guitar playing in "Purple Rain" is the best for me. Or even in "God", the instrumental version.

Mine 2. A bit goofy, I'll admit, but love the song a whole lot. In fact, someone once sent me an extended version of it that goes to 6 min. I don't own the album yet, but I love hearing the song in that particular scene. Few times have I heard his guitar solos so relaxed & smooth quite like that. had 2 run away... pride was 2 strong. It started raining, baby, the birds were gone

I don't think you can even call what Prince did in this song 'playing' the guitar... hell, he was makin' out with the damn thing!!!

It looks like the song isn't available on disc at all... I checked out the hits/b-sides and Parade soundtrack... And forgive me, but the length is 4:53, not 6 min. I just double-checked. had 2 run away... pride was 2 strong. It started raining, baby, the birds were gone

i would add the sensual everafter as one of his best guitar tracks..very swooping and heartfelt man, he has such an amazing body of music that it's sad to see him constrict it down to the basics. he's too talented for the lineup he's doing. estelle 81

We don’t mourn artists because we knew them. We mourn them because they helped us know ourselves.

My vinyl rip is 4:52. I also have a Parade rehearsal recording that clocks in at 5:12. The guitar on that is...just...crazy. And that's with overall sound that leaves something to be desired. If that recording were clean... We don’t mourn artists because we knew them. We mourn them because they helped us know ourselves.

Mountains/Alexa De Paris 12" single just to double check, the 12" version is only 4:53 on this disc and NOT 6mins?., by the way what a package that was, 12" long version of Mountains, great video and a killer B side. Those were the days!.

Those were the days!. Yeah, I'm pretty sure. I was probably thinking of one of the other "gifts" I received that was around 6 minutes long... But yeah, that is pretty awesome. Love "Mountains" and its video and B-side of it as well. had 2 run away... pride was 2 strong. It started raining, baby, the birds were gone
