Like notes that intertwined as they climbed….trumpeted into Heaven with a loud whisper for the sacrifice of Victor.
There was screaming in the streets the day the crowd was separated in two. Those in their arrogance that refused to go with the flow were chanting, “Damn U, Damn U.” And those that chose to love 2 the 9’s were singing, “ I wanna melt with U.”
The men of the Summit declined from the mountain top in search of the sweet baby that had been lost within the crowd. As they descended they declared once and one time only, “We are the Max, We raise the Ax.”
In a matter of seconds the baby was rescued from the crowd, crying, “My Name is Prince.” The Summit cradled the child and calmed him by saying, “Your glory is within your own soul…Your DNA is braided with 3 chains of Gold.”
Lady Nada of the Summit flew to the valley to return the golden baby to the mountain top…the sky was silver lined.
The Men of the Summit continued to organize the crowd. By day’s end, A blue light faded to black, on seven graves.
Sunrise brought an unexpected revelation to this mended city.
“And God Created Woman…” Is all that it said in the morning paper. T

that have the power, if we let it,
2 shut down the creativity of those w/the courage
2 share anything original & from the heart.

i'm always in search of "safe" places to share,
but alas, we swim in a pool of humans, so insensitive at times.
it's a wonder ANY artists get anything done.
i guess some have tougher skins than others.
for the record, i'm not one of them . . .

I am someone that has a lot of sensitivity for his responsibility as a musician.Especially at the level he has reached, and I find it bothersome that anyone here that is really supportive...would burn his eyes with anything really negative if he were to read some of these posts. Prince has done a unique job in this world. Not only has he been honest enough to share personal sexual ideas, which is the forefront of any humans' conception...I respect that he breathes love throughout his music, and allows himself the freedom to express sexuality which is only natural, and he then climbs to the top of the ladder with the strongest attempt I have ever seen to unite humanity. A beautiful, whole, man.
That isn't as easy for some men...To have that beautiful balance.
