Speedy72	What do you think of this song after all these years? I Wish You Heaven. Listening to Lovesexy right now and I still like it. I used to skip it most of the time, but it's now grown on me. Thoughts?

sean2003	I liked it when I first got the album, but have gone off it in recent years. Just seems a bit poppy and directionless. But then I found the 12" version (parts 1.2.3) and I totally love that.

As good as anything he's ever recorded. 2 minutes of absolute pop perfection.

I've always imagined it as a song from the cared-for to their carer (or vice versa) as opposed to a traditional lyric about two lovers. Don't remember how that came into my head, but it's stayed with me for every subsequent listen.

I like it. Simple and cute. And I think I agree with McD in that it seems to be about some other relationship than the traditional lover-to-lover format of pop songs.
