I'm talking about the wonderful talented female singers Prince has had in his band, Boni Boyer(God keep watch over Boni), Rosie Gains, and now Shelby. All three of these ladies are so vocally strong,they amaze me. Now there is talent, and why doesn't Shelby have a cd out! She could give Tina Turner a run for her money voice and legs as well. And you know Tina's got some pipes and legs!

I wonder how he finds all of these talented women. Does anyone know how Prince first became acquainted with them and asked them to join his band?


You've got to hand it to Prince he finds very talented female musicians as well: Wendy, Lisa, Sheila E, Rhonda, and now Cora. The women can bring it,they got musical game!


OK, now I don't want to leave out the dancers. Cat, oh lord the Cat Scat I think that was the name of the dance move. The girl could knock you out with a vibration of that move. Mayte, Geneva, The Twins all have different styles but compliment Prince well.

Yes, Prince definitely has a knack for picking the right women to work with him. I wouldn't mind being one of those women, but I know that it will never happen.

Prince doesn't keep many people around him too long but he gives them a great start, some come back , some don't, I love Sheila E she's outlasted them all.
