For me personally 'Resolution' from Planet Earth is the Prince song with the best pop-melody since Dolphin from The Gold Experience, or maybe even Seven from the symbol album.

It's a happy little tune, makes me think of the commercial, "I'd like to teach the world to sing in perfect harmony". but it's low on my list. sorry.

not one of my favs...the song sounds rushed and lazy.

I am not talking about the lyrics here, but the songwriting of the melodylines

i liked Dolphin better, but it's the sweet political hippy tune we need

It's alright. Personally, I'm waiting for the 30th Anniversary CD! Prince is gonna bring it!! Hard!! I just know it!! Then we'll have some "discussions"!! This other stuff has just been filler.

I do like it,but it's nowhere near as good as Dolphin r 7. Plus it's so short!
