I've seen 4 shows this tour so far, but that has been the most different and for me still the best one so far!!!
I have to say though, I don't really enjoy the instrumental jams, especially when Prince is not involved!! Full versions of songs are great, but imagine a show that was one huge medley of songs(at least the first verse and chorus). Every 2 minutes would keep you screaming out YES, I wanted to hear this song!!!!! so much of his work would be covered. the best part was get on the boat with grupo fantasma I was also at this show, I enjoyed every moment of it, I was also at the show on the 24th and although quite different I enjoyed it just the same. I love whatever Prince chooses to play, afterall it is his show. The only part of a Prince concert I hate is the part when he leaves the stage for the last time and we are all left there wanting so much more!! I also hate all the shows I can't get to lol!! | |

I think you mean, 'hear the lyrics'  It is not known why FuNkeNsteiN capitalizes his name as he does, though some speculate sunlight deficiency caused by the most pimpified white guy afro in Nordic history.

I don't hate any part of a Prince concert. I love the jams, the acoustics and the ballads. If I had to pick, I would choose the medelies. I could do without them. | |

long overdue 2 hang up the hits While I agree with you, the majority of the people that attend Prince concerts would have a fit. Remember the Gold Tour when he pulled out stuff like 'Vicki Waiting', 'Johnny', and 'I Love U In Me'? The crowds were half full at best. Most of the people in attendance don't care about Prince's rich and varied catalog of songs. They own The Hits 1 & 2 and that's what they want to hear. Which is why I loved the One Nite Alone tour so much. He played what the hell he wanted, and by the end of the night, he'd won over the crowds doing it his way. | |

I wish we could hear more of the rare stuff or the stuff he plays a snipet of on the piano. I would like to hear a little less of Kiss, Lets go crazy and a few others and hear more D & P, 17 days, If eye was ur girlfriend, beautiful ones, most beautiful girl, mountians,my name is prince, call my name, ADORE, little red corvette (the real version) etc....
