Anyone loves or dislikes 3121 the perfume? ![]() Everyone's comments are welcome. So why not have a discussion about what you all love and/or dislike about 3121 the fragance? So far, I don't like that it opens very strongly, and that its many scents are confusing to me. I like the choice of colors for the bottle and box, and the choice of including the feminine and masculine in one fragance. [Edited 8/28/07 8:32am]

![]() Everyone is different...meaning the scent will be a little different on each person due to the chemistry in your skin blending with the chemistry in the fragrance. I find it blends very nicely on my skin, and people have told me how good I smell... ![]() He gets it! That's why the ladies love him... ![]()

What does being 30-something have to do with liking a perfume? ![]() We don’t mourn artists because we knew them. We mourn them because they helped us know ourselves.

![]() I am a thirty-something. I am concerned about not smelling like I borrowed my grandma's perfume. As I said at the beginning of of my thread, "Some people have said that gardenia predominates and it's seems more appropriate for mature women."

Hey lady ![]() It's okay...I wear it once in awhile but it isn't one of my favorites. The first whiff is very pungent and I was like....P...U! ![]() I like the creme a bit better. Prince, in you I found a kindred spirit...Rest In Paradise.

So is it Gardenia or animal musk? Is it like musk from an animal pelt or grandma's funeral flowers?

If you don't know the difference between gardenia (a flower) and musk (an animal scent), heaven help you! ![]() We don’t mourn artists because we knew them. We mourn them because they helped us know ourselves.

I'm thirty something and I love gardenia, which is a little unusual, because when people say "gardenia is for mature women" they generally mean people in their 60s. ![]() 3121 gives me a headache. It's way too heavy of a scent and while it may have a hint of gardenia, I would not categorize it as smelling like gardenia. It starts out really heavy and then changes into something musky that reminds me of men's cologne. ![]() ![]() I figured it wouldn't really be my kind of scent when I read the description, but because I'm a "devoted puppy" I had to buy it for my Prince collection. ![]()

When I bought Prince's 3121, I expected it to smell somewhat similarly. I am disappointed. I don't get a headache,but I do get a bit nauseous.

I like the perfume- its a bit strong at first but after like 5 mins, it smells really good. I remember sniffing my wrists constantly the first time i tried it.
Wonder if Prince will make a body wash? Or bath oils? ![]() ![]() "So shall it be written, so shall it be sung..." ![]()
