It's funny that people think of this as a country song. I think of it more as New Wave pop, something he would have given to the Bangles in the 80s.
I know "country" has changed, but I don't even really think of Shania Twain's biggest hits as counry, more pop with country arrangements. | |

I am hoping that Dr Phil takes a stab at country music and does a cover of this song. He has the voice and I bet he would put on a great performance live. If not Dr Phil then I am hoping that it will be Taylor Hicks or Merle Haggard.. |
