Absolutely the BEST extended version out there...wait...what about Let's Work???
TITT features some of his best dance moves ever...plus a funky as hell groove. Thanks for the laughs, arguments and overall enjoyment for the last umpteen years. It's time for me to retire from Prince.org and engage in the real world...lol. Above all, I appreciated the talent Prince. You were one of a kind. | |

I don't even listen to the shorter album version.For me, the song really kicks in the moment the extended portion begins.Everything from that point on if pure soul searching,passionate,funk gold!It sounds like Prince was really feeling it on that one. | |

What is FANTASTIC about the extended version is the verse that starts "I'm holding on..."
The exchange between the lead vocal and the back-up harmonies is BRILLIANT! A similiar brilliant exchange of vocals is during Tick Tick Bang: "Like this chain around my hip..." Oh and I forgot the BEST: Elephants and Flowers. The bridge part - "And when we do, there will be no more confusion!" The harmonies at that bridge are to die for! Also, the exchange of vocals in Adore and Forever In My Life. Am I right about all this or am I crazy? | |
