Electric Chair on SNL?

AGES ago I saw some great footage of Prince performing Electric Chair on Saturday Night Live headbang

It's a shame that this song doesn't make more live appearances the way he plays guitar these days. He would kill it now more than ever. I guess it has something to do with WB and DC comics owning the rights to all his Batman songs.Too bad.

I don't know about that -- I think the Patrice connection goes back to 1979 or so. But Margie Cox (aka Tamara) was on keyboards during this performance! Too bad her Paisley productions barely saw the light of day.
