Hey!

I was watching the sign of the times DVD yesterday and i'm wondering why it is that prince wears glasses for some of this performance. Does he need glasses? I'm assuming not because he didn't wear them before SOT (too my knowledge) and I haven't really seen him wear them since. Cat also wears them in the film as well which is interesting. Anybody got any ideas....?

there was a period of the '80s where fake glasses were in style, and i think he was just working that angle - that, or the glasses were just part of his "camille" persona. or both.

lights can sometimes be blinding, I figure maybe his eyes are a little sensitive to light him loving the dark and all.

Glasses make you look smarter. I think he wanted people to take him more seriously and not simply as a sex cymbol.

I LOVE How he looks in glasses!
