i like it a lot it's like an extended jam in the studio playing with different motifs in the song and messing with some studio effects here and there some new instrumentation is introduced from time to time gets pretty funky too and it's about 24-minutes long | |

the FULL 12" version was once available on cd, I bought it in France 2004, its deleted now though . a really weird compilation album called Minneapolis Funk

It starts out as the complete album version then it goes into the extended version. Once it goes into the extended version, it takes forever for the music to change up. The lenghth would be no problem if the music switched up from time to time. Andy is a four letter word. | |

yea, its a must have,.....but like others said its a 24 minutes of variations on that funky beat and groove.
I love it, my head be bobbing for all those 24 minutes, its perfect for driving, jogging or working out. | |

Picked it up from fnac.com...I really like that compilation...and I have the vinyl of the America 12" as well...and U are right...24 minutes of one heck of a funk jam! If memory serves me well...the tape actually ran out, as it was recorded in a warehouse in the MPLS area. It IS worth finding and buying drwatson...good luck and enjoy!
