I recently purchased Dirty Mind on CD from Amazon as I only had DM on tape. The DM CD was advertised as being re-issued in 1999. When my CD was delivered it was was a CD from 1980 and there was no mention on the CD or sleevenotes of it being a 1999 reissue. Could anyone tell me that the DM CD re-issued in 1999 is an old style CD or that the 1999 version has better sound quality?

I don't think it was ever released on cd when
it first came out in 1980 not much if anything
was on cd.

There were no dvd's when Prince mand Dirty mind.
