I have tickets to see the pint sized funkiteer on the 1st September.

Seeing as though the after show party tickets were still available, I was wondering with all this uncertainty about prince actually showing up, what has his attendance been like so far?

Anyone know? I just wondered what my odds were of actually seeing him in the 'mystical' after show setting, seeing as though I've always heard of these magical events, but always after the event.

He's missed 2, attended for only 5 mins at one.
Got a feeling his attendance will improve due to pressure from the pressurizers.

Over the years I´ve seen quite a lot of regular concerts, aftershows and I´ve been to the 2002 celebration in Paisley Park and I´ve listened to tons of bootleg recordings of aftershows...this being said, only a few Prince experiences in the last thirty years come close to what I´ve witnessed two days ago during the aftershow on Aug.14

It was unbelievable ! Probably one of his most energetic shows ever ! Supertight, superbad, superfunky.

Make sure you go to one of those aftershows were you know the band might not be too exhausted, for instance on a day when they haven´t played the night before or something.
