Guitar and equipment

hello everyone.

i think this might be my first ever post.

I'm sure in the past there have probably been discussions about Prince's guitars and amp and fx - can anyone point me in the right direction. Perhaps a link or a thread where this can be found?

i was at the o2 show on 11th Aug - first time i've seen the great man live before and what struck me was his guitar skills and sound. The man is SOOOOO underrated as a guitar player.

He has the right balance between technical ability and emotional creativity, every note is so beautiful.

Hello, I kinda think the only one that could out do him, is a child he would bring into this world.

I think he's using MESA/Boogie Lonestar 2 x 12 combo amps lately. That's what was set up at the aftershows and you could clearly see them at the 2006 Brits performance. Wendy Melvoin and Prince were using them in the blue tolex covering.
