please revive Gold (the song) anyone else think he should revive/play this live? i think it's perfect considering his standards these days. it's not sexual, or too contrived. it's a beautiful pop song too. and since i was maybe five when it was released, it'd be sweet to see it alive and kickin' on a future possible tour. so uh, yeah!

yeah I think he definetley should revive GOLD . whether he does or not is another matter .. it is such a great song .an one of his best ever .. seems crazy how he did such a great big anthemic song an then never sang again after the GOLD tour .. i love the song asmuch as PURPLE RAIN .. although the fact is .. is a show big enuff to have both GOLD an PURPLE RAIN in it? whenever i want to hear some new music ...i make some - prince '99'

Does Prince ever play anything from the Gold era at gigs these days. (with exception to Shhh) Would he play Days of Wild at an aftershow??!! nowadays. That would be the bees knees.

I don't think so (maybe he'll have an epiphany)

JaneyPoos used to be it... then they changed what it was. Now what I am isn't it and what is it is strange and frightening to me...

One of the cheesiest songs he's done. This and Dolphin are both cheesy to me. The guitar solo on Gold is okay though. Kick the old school joint 4 the true funk soldiers.
1. Sign 'o' the Times 2. 1999 3. Dirty Mind 4. Parade 5. Purple Rain
