www.guide2prince.org

I personally NEVER listen to it, but it has some important early stuff on it if you are a completist sort of guy.

Seeing as the search function is down, what are the must have releases? I can't stretch to City Lights...Studio Nights is as much as I can go...

I already have...

Past, Present & Future 2
Fantasia
Dreams
Bright Lights New York City
Small Club
Sign Of The Times Sessions 1
Parade Around The World
Emporium 21st & 22nd March
Nagoya 1989
One Night Alone In Chicago

Decent sound is a must, along with different/alternate versions.

Cheers in advance for any help

Not that I have any of these but the companion disc collections to Fantasia and Dreams are Cosmos and Deposition. You might wanna check those out. Also the Dream Factory 2 disc set is a must have.

Not really. The sound quality's awful all the way through.

Of course for a collector those tracks are a must have, but you can always trade with people rather than actually pay money for bootlegs yourself. That's far more preferred.

I have all of these and I made a wonderfull compilation from the best quality tracks. Some of the tracks on these discs are horrible sounding.

City Lights is a must-have collection of Soundboard shows.
If prince.org were to be made idiot proof, someone would just invent a better idiot.

Funk Bible is right.
I have:
The Work vol.1-5
Dreams
Deposition
Cosmos
H20
The Jewel Box 1 and 2
Camille
The Original 1987 Crystal Ball
Funky Party 2 Night
The Beautiful Experience

My vault rivals Prince's own vault, plus I have all the official releases. I'm never at a lost for Prince music.
