Maybe it's time for everyone (including myself), to take a big step back and try to look at what we don't know about him. We can speculate until we are blue in the face. We don't know what he thinks. We don't know exactly how he feels. We don't know why he does things the way he does. etc...

But it is realistic to believe that he has some fundamentally good reasons behind his motives. Try to see all the aspects of a situation. Don't get hooked onto just one. There are many possibilities for all scenarios. These black and white judgments are not reality. There are MANY shades of grey.

I think sometimes people forget that besides being a celebrity and a "rock star", Prince is also just a man, a human being with a heart and soul and feelings like anybody else. He is more than a 2 dimensional public image. The reasons and motives behind what he does in his life, and the choices he makes - both professionally and personally - are going to be multifaceted and layered, and are going to involve much much MUCH more, and go more deeply, than merely what we as fans see on the surface or know about him from what we read in magazines or hear via gossip.

It is arrogant of anyone to claim they 'know' why Prince does or doesn't do something a particular way, or to think they have him all figured out. We are not privvy to his deepest thoughts, nor do we have knowledge of all the many experiences of his lifetime that have each contributed to him being who he is or doing what he does in a given situation. And because we do not have that knowledge of everything that has happened in Prince's life that makes him who he is, or causes him to think they way he does, or to have the mindset or outlook on life that he has, there is NO WAY we can completely understand or claim to know his motives and reasons...behind ANYTHING.

People need to start appreciating Prince for who he is, and for the music he makes and the joy he brings them, and leave it at that.

After years of reading and listneing I used to think I knew Prince..people would say, "I heard that.." and Id go nah..he wouldnt or didnt do that.."How do U know?"..because I just "know and feel certain things of his character etc" due to involving myself in the whole aspect of the atrtistry etc..weird. Its like an empirical based notion.

Prince is an Enigma. And he likes it that way. He's quite a wonderful spirit you know. I think he's great. Sometimes I wonder when he makes some decisions does he really know himself?

I study Law. There4, I now what is considered slander and what is not considered slander.
