I heard it for the first time last night and it's been on repeat along with other Prince songs I've just acquired recently. Pure fire from start to finish. I'm not a fan of "old Prince". I'm not a fan of "new Prince". I'm just a fan of Prince. Simple as that

"Ever see a black man play guitar with no clothes on?!!"
And the part where he says "This is for all the white people" and rips into one kick ass guitar solo!! 15+ minutes of sheer funked up bombing!!!!

This is one of his best live, extended jams. I'd also put "Xenophobia" from ONA Live with it, as well as "The Jam" (from various Paisley Park shows, but specifically The Park Vol 2), and "Rave Un2 The Joy Fantastic" from Small Club.
Edit to say that I know "U Gotta Shake Something" was done in the studio, but it was recorded LIVE in the studio much like "America" and "We Can Funk (1986)" etc. [Edited 8/13/07 3:39am]
