I hardly listen to Purple Rain anymore and even though it's a great album, it's never had much longevity for me. The I Would Die 4 U/Baby Im A Star pairing is the worst part of the entire set. I could easily live without those songs. It also sounds of like something of its period too, you know the mid eighties. All the other albums kinda have their own unique stamp and sound otherworldly almost.

***Does anyone else notice that your favorite albums of all time are ones you don't listen to much? I've noticed that my favorites are hardly ever listened to because I really need to be in the mood for them.

Okay, I made a mistake, I should have voted Purple Rain off becuz it is so monumental, but still.
Clare Fisher should be considered better than Ingrid Chavez.
