No, I'd be honest.
I kind of have a reputation for being "brutally honest". He'd be no different. I offer suggestions, tho. I just don't come off with a flat diss.
My philosophy is that if he asks, it's better that I tell him now, than have the Org rip him apart later on.

I'd damn sure tell him what I thought because that's what I'm like, no sugarcoatin. It would be funny to see his reaction as I have a feeling he's not so used to hearing stuff like that very often.
