It is probably willed to someone. If he has a wife/child, that is where it will go. Since that may not be the case, he can will these to someone, maybe a relative.
I would hope that someone would do for him what Tupac's mom or Hendrix's father have done for their careers. If Prince was still involved with a record label, they would probably be released by them. Perhaps Prince could sell the future rights to a record label for some coin now. Bowie has sold stocks based on future music he hadn't written... why can't Prince will who would get his unreleased catalog? i would say he should have some kids now to inherit his estate... but i for one really wouldnt want to be almost 70 when my kid turned 18 lol.
i forget how old he is sometimes... he still doesnt look a day older than he did in purple rain to me i wish he would share his beauty secrets with the world so i could keep my wifes face looking that young for all eternity !! | |
