While My Guitar Gently Weeps This has probably been posted before, but I just came across the video of
"While My Guitar Gently Weeps" where Tom Petty, Jeff Lynne, and Prince play a tribute to George Harrison at the 2004 Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. It has a great guitar solo of our man.

this has been one of my favorite guitar solos ever for a long time. from the very first note, when he kicks in with that absolutely HUUUGGE E note, you just KNOW it's going to be on some other shit. and the sequence from 4.59-5.22 (on my "club black" bootleg) just makes you collapse, its so fucking good | |
