Can anyone provide me with a list of the Prince songs that people have done covers of, including the album/single title they appeared on if possible?

Also I'm looking for a list of all the songs that have sampled Prince, again with as much info about the tracks as possible.

Man! I don't know why but I have 12 full cds of People doing Prince covers or songs written by Prince. From the very obscure to the most common, even remixes. It is such a hoot to see the people I have never even heard of:

Mike Flowers

the Jabberwocks
Hue & Cry

Sound Factory
Muckey Pop

and so many more!

Yeah, over the years I notice more and more that Prince covers run the gamut from those who are big mainstream sellers, like TLC and Foo Fighters (the Fighters only Prince cover is a live one, I think) and jazz artists like Herbie Hancock, Cassandra Wilson and Joshua Redman to underground and very obscure groups that I can't remember the names of. The covers are spread all over the place.
