Argh! It's one of my all time most hated Prince songs, the first time I heard it I couldn't stop laughing. I'm looking out for a purple dolphin. |

I love "Dolphin"...definitely one of P.'s best songs ever. How about his performance on the Dave Letterman show in the mid 90's when he performed "Dolphin." That was one of his best tv performances ever...maybe not THE best but it's up there.
And I respect everyone's opinion but I don't get why some P fans don't like this song, it seems to my ears like classic Prince, like it could have been on any of his best albums from the 80's. [Edited 7/30/07 13:58pm] | |

one of probably my fav 10 moments in prince history.
absolutely love everything about it, the song, that cool video for it, the letterman performance and the newly arranged version he performed live on the ONA. the original (not including the undertaker version), on the gold experience is in my top 10 fav prince of all time  and true love lives on lollipops and crisps | |
