Those who won't be hopping over to O2 Wednesday night...

...can content themselves with Purple Rain and Prince of Paisley Park on VH1 Classic. They're showing each twice -- starting at 8 pm Eastern. cool
We don’t mourn artists because we knew them. We mourn them because they helped us know ourselves.

Why would I shoot you? lol

The Prince of Paisley Park is a BBC documentary -- quite a nice one -- from the early 90s. Definitely worth catching. cool

Sounds good - gotta get it taped for me though as I am there on Weds.

Thanks for letting us know!

I haven't seen that BBC show for decades, but I remember it having some great footage of him working on Partyman in the studio (playing bass).
