Drinking a Purple Rain I could be behind on this one, I don't know...
My family was at an authentic German restaurant yesterday to celebrate my birthday, and I'm looking at the Martini menu, and one of the drinks is called a "Purple Rain." Now I know that regional Prince fan groups have theme nights and probably have drinks like this...I remember that Chicago does though I never get to show up to Berlin (which is AWESOME...hi, Anxiety!) Anyhoo, this "Purple Rain" martini was Bacardi raspberry rum, blue caracao and cranberry juice with a twist of lemon. And although what I love about the restaurant I went to is their selection of imported beers, you know I had to have one! Slurrrrp! Anyone else have a Prince-inspired drink? If not, let's make some up! How about something inspired by "Lemon Crush," "Peach" or "Raspberry Beret"? Keith/Kacey | |

I had a Purple Rain at the House of Blues. It had Absolut vodka, red bull and grape liqueur. It was pretty good. Did you order a pizza ma'am? Prince- UTCM | |
