Ok, I remember downloading this really fast paced guitar instrumental that Prince released during the whole NPGMC "Radio" download period a few years back.

The song was not his typical Rythim and Blues getup, but something that sounded oddly Santrioni-like. Really fast paced guitar playing, with a synth background that sounded somewhat "Christmas-see".

The title of the song was also very simplistic like "Guitar solo" or something to that affect.

Does anyone remember this song?


It would have been released around the same time his "plastic" songs were being made available for download.

I asked this same question last year, but I can't find the response.

It's from one of the Ahdio Shows (either #1 or #2). It is NOT Prince, but rather someone Prince discovered. I was a bit disappointed when I learned that.

You're right - it does sound like the Trans-Siberian Orchestra Christmas music.
