Whether u like the song Guitar or not, in Holland the single is going up y'all, like the wall of Mexico.

It is most probably going to be his biggest hit there since, yes, The Most beautiful girl in the world.

In the Dutch Top40 the single is in its second week and on position 21 (arrivalposition was 30)

In the second most important dutch chart, de mega top 50, the single is in it's third week and on the 17th position (last week 30).

Guitar has now risen to nr. 9 in the Mega top 50!

Personally i find that hitlist more reliable then the Top40 because its also includes airplay and the number of times it has been downloaded from internet.

I love the way the top 40 chart shows all the top 40 weekly positions to way back to the 60's. If anybody has knowledge of his official chart positions for the 80's and 90's (for anywhere other than US and UK)could you please post the information or the links, it would be very much appreciated.

Here in NZ i'd love to get access to the charts going back to '79 to see all the positions he's reached (i remember at 1 point back in '88 he was No.1 with both Alphabet St and Lovesexy) and a friend told me I Wanna Be Your Lover was top 10 here but i'd like to get the chart info for sure (the above link to http://nl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Prince seems to indicate that Why You Wanna Treat Me So Bad? and Still Waiting were released only in the US and here in NZ which surprises me so i'd love to see if they made the top 40).

Countries like Germany, Australia, Japan, Italy, Ireland, France, Spain etc, etc - anywhere he's every entered the charts, i'd love to see chart info. So if anybody has links to nation chart databases, please post the links! cheers
